Adi Laflamme is a sound designer and cultural anthropologist working at the intersection of spatial audio and AI. Adi received a master’s degree in music technology from The University of Victoria in British Columbia in 2022, exploring the audible manifestations of cultural memory in immersive auditory experiences.
Adi has worked as the principal sound designer for several immersive mixed-reality experiences and pairs a background in semiotic theory, linguistic anthropology, and music production. Adi’s music has been featured in films and television, as well as licensed and performed by dance companies and bands worldwide.
